History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Bork liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Emeny was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Emeny was a troubled youth. Emeny decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
