Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Adran would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adran grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Beggar. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hethress was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is content

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears baggy green pantaloons and a black scarf. She has no crest. Her gold eyes peer out from beneath her broad green hat.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Synthrin liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Harann and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and money/treasure
