When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Charles began to lead the lost caravan. History: Therlin was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Detective and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.
