Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a hunchback. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A true patriot, Watson would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She carries with her a set of axes on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She has done her best to style her copper crest to look like a famous performer. Her gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Findex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Findex. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed white hat.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born in the east to a Apothecary, Skak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Skak took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Theodoric liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: She got into the Farmer business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over.
