History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Baz learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Gifted from a young age, Thorin studied abroad. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chay was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chay fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: 6'0" and muscular, this northern woman wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Arha was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heather was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Heather has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a Carpenter, her father struggled to pay the bills. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has worked as a Ploughman like her father before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her hair is black and very short. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Blossom grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Blossom. Being a Barrister kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
