History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Kansif alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
