History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ortegar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ortegar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A true patriot, Perra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Perra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She struck the Healer job and began her own company from there.
