History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Shautha alone in the world. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Verna was born the youngest of three triplets. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her chestnut hair is thinning but still full. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: 3'3" and muscular, this southern woman is dressed in an above average manner. She wears a colorful flower in her brown hair. Her skin is flawless and her gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a Masseuse, her mother struggled to pay the bills. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has worked as a Barrister like her mother before her.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
