Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a white shirt with thin black vertical stripes and white pants, marred by sweets. His hair is red and curly. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Silvo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Silvo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Silvo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: She is lean but muscular and typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Mara alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Mara was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Menny hails from a village terrorized by giants. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants revenge against giants

Description: She is a mite stocky and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her orange fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Sweet was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: She is typically in her Layabout uniform, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'3" when asserting herself. She has wavy red hair. She is baby faced.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Nemeia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and retire the richest woman in the east

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ida grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and balancing her hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

His red crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Ghesh was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
