History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Veloptima grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Patrick wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Butcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
