History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a long, black cloak. His white crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has red eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Quarethon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Quarethon was born the youngest of three triplets. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Snagog lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
