Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Pikar and his spouse have recently divorced.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
