History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: She was born in a small mountains village. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has achieved small success as a Gardener.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: Moon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. A true patriot, Quillathe would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Quillathe never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
