History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bree was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: Riswynn speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Morgran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to clean up the streets

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gimble was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Gifted from a young age, Senteq studied abroad. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Senteq fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she seems to be bored by most things
