History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tatyan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tatyan. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Interpreter born in the past three hundred years. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Driindar was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Driindar decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
