However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Darrow lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Farmer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to raise his children well

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She bought a lance and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.
