History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a Merchant, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Theren does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Theren was born with his father's beautiful face. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently the stress of being a Mercenary has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: Aasathra lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
