Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. His hair is cut close to his head. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Outside of the suit she dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her hair is red and very short. Her skin is flawless and her hazel eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is an amazing painter.
History: Jacoba was born the youngest of three triplets. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She tends to her Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Shadow is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Flask alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: Tiaathque lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Laucian embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Laucian's homeland. Laucian decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Laucian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has blue eyes and a brown hat with a red feather.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Orsik was born with his father's beautiful face. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Orsik took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Priest arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now mingles about in high society.
