History: Ûkshak hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Lavinia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Lavinia was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Leaf's homeland. Leaf decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Leaf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
