History: Beleth was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.

History: Born to a Layabout, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has never given up on her painting dream.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Xanaphia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
