History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She carries with her a set of spears on her belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. Her brown hair is heavily combed to the left. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Susannah is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Susannah abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by her family

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Burgell hails from a village terrorized by brigands. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: She wears a tan coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon her head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'3" when asserting herself. She wears her red hair down. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Donella took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. She's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to get laid
