Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Eldon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and his spouse have recently divorced.

She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.
History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She worked as a nervous Mercenary and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

Description: He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered white stockings, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Painter profession.
History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. Trey was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trey decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To be a Painter again; and he is greedy

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Hadarai was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cartwright who has hired her part-time. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mortician born in the past three hundred years. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
