History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: This western woman dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. Her gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by her family

Personality: Paelias speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has never given up on his singing dream.
