She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born in the east to a Tailor, Shadow learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She got into the Herbalist business at a young age. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
