Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Ribbles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ribbles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sculptor.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and sabotage a competitor

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She has dyed her greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Seamstress but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born in a small island village. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Merla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Merla. She bought a hammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again; and balancing his hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barkeep who has hired her part-time. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants a kiss.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
