History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Phann learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Eloise lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dûgza fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
