Description: This western woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She keeps her black fur in a flapper bob. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her feathered brown hat.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Two Llamas does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born in the north. Yevelda was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Yevelda decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 5'5". She usually wears her violet robe and has her bastard sword always slung over her shoulder, and her gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mercenary for the past few years.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: She wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and she perpetually has her mace ready. Her hair is short and white. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mary fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are green and beady.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.
