History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She's also a talented Sellsword, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has worked as a Assassin like her father before her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rivaan grew up listening to his father's many stories. He worked as a nervous Merchant and found it very stressful. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
