Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. Her tied-back hair is red. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Helja is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She tends to her Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Alston abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His crest is copper and very short. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Salasar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Salasar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Salasar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a tan collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is black and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Jane is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She has never given up on her painting dream.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This man stands a little under 4'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears just a grey suit. His black hair is cut short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Reirak embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Reirak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
