History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Through the years after Syllin was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Syllin's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Dean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dean decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
