Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Philomena will drive conversation. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born to a Dilettante, her mother struggled to pay the bills. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
