History: He was born in the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears a grey tunic with black highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Don hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he's in love

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Seven hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He struck the Sailor job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to be a banker again

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is fixated on the number 42. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Born in the south to a Locksmith, Krûk learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He became a Locksmith soon after.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and expand his business

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs, and carries tridents. His beige fur is still thick. This yellow eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cask will drive conversation. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Cask was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
