Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Manea was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
