History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Sellsword, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Thomas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

His yellow fur is heavily combed to the left. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Beast was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
