History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Veloptima was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Veloptima's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Veloptima and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Server born in the past three hundred years. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Server for the past few years.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Burto was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Burto took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He became a Banker soon after.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a halberd on his belt. His hair is black and curly. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Guard who has hired him part-time. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bucklal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gimurt grew up listening to his father's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Fax learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Miner again; and money/treasure

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

History: Jezean was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.
