History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gomory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gomory. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
