History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: Nikki lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Nikki abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a Mortician, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Servant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the west to a Servant, Traubon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept.
