His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Tippletoe hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Tippletoe never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: Revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thorpe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Thorpe took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the east
