Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: The child of a Cartwright, who enjoyed hunting, Gerard was taken on many hunting expeditions. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Ethereal was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Tailor. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length blue hair. Her eyes are white and catlike.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Spy father left her crippled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Calcitro embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. With wild red hair. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Keyleth is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Keyleth was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a shortspear on her belt. Her moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of a Ploughman, who enjoyed hunting, Eida was taken on many hunting expeditions. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Merchant business.

History: She was born in a small island village. A gifted student she started as a Shipwright, but she got bored and became a Merchant. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she is unsatisfied with her job
