Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His crest is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Kaladan was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Knight. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tight fitting violet shirt and pants, and is pretty ugly. His hair is chestnut and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mindartis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mindartis. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a tan armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. Her silver hair is long and unkept. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her childhood dream was to be a Mercenary, but she was a colossal failure. She has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: Revenge; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Gormogord learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and further expansion of business

Description: She wears many layers of old clothing at all times, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'2" when asserting herself. Her auburn hair is braided into rings. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. A true patriot, Helja would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Description: With violet face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears his chestnut hair down. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Igden hails from a village terrorized by drow. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and revenge

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
