History: Thoradin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Verin was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
