History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Stacee was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Stacee's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.
