Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Trail was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trail decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cloak grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He very much looks the part of a Servant. His rusty crest is knotted and matted. His gold eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Gorbundus lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gorbundus took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He keeps his scarlet crest in a pixie cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Gifted from a young age, Mugrunden studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mugrunden fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is content

History: She got into the Map Maker business at a young age. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: Nykkan speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Faral grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Faral. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is content

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Jezebeth was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jezebeth's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants her loneliness to end
