History: Vonbin was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Jak learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He struck the Butcher job and began his own company from there.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alice. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Veloptima fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She works hard and plays hard.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
