History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Gunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Vepar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He stands about 3'8" and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is short and blonde. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ribbles took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. He has chestnut hair. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Elama was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against giants
