Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jacoba embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jacoba was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Halander was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Euphemia and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is dressed in earthy colors with a violet and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. His hair is chestnut and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the south to a Engraver, Cory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
