Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a hunchback. His hair is short and white. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a great chef.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He very much looks the part of a Ruler. His cinnamon fur is lengthy. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Spring took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his lance with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nicor isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: 4'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a black scarf. His tied-back hair is auburn. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She has wavy red crest. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Daar embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Ruler. She sports a flattop crest cut. Her gold eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ruloth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ruloth. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Description: She is an average looking western female in her early mid-life. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She keeps her auburn hair in a pixie cut. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Shepherd but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
