History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. History: He comes from a rich southern family. After coming to the age of reason, Wiggens took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
