History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Kite alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Kite was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
