Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born to a Apothecary, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Shivering and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 50. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Mordai was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Her half smiles and white eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
